The Sir John Golding Rehabilitation Centre (SJGRC) hosted a two-day Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Symposium 2018 on October 30-31. The conference is being held under the theme “Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation in Jamaica”.
Speaking during the opening of the conference Dr. Sandra Chambers, Acting Regional Technical Director, South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) said SJGRC has a remarkable history and has played an integral role in providing optimal treatment and care for person with spinal cord injury. It also has played a critical role in shaping and improving the lives of persons with disabilities.
