Trade Winds Citrus Ltd Gives $1Million to LPH

A cheque valued at $1 Million was handed over to the Linstead Public Hospital (LPH) on Thursday, December 13 from Trade Winds Citrus Limited (TWCL). The money was raised from proceeds of the Tru Juice Cross Country 5K event held on June 03, 2018.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new Drug Serv Pharmacy at the Linstead Public Hospital on December 13, Ms. Marsha Lumley, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, TWCL said that the money will be used to purchase infant warmers for the maternity ward at the hospital.

Mr. Paul McIntyre, Chief Executive Officer of the LPH said that he is extremely grateful  to TWCL for their  generous donations  to the LPH over the years. He added that  he looks forward to the seventh staging of the Tru Juice Cross Country 5K in 2019.
