Vaccine Roll-Out at the Good Samaritan Inn

Mrs. Marcia Thomas Yettman, Regional Nursing Supervisor, SERHA was the first person in Jamaica to receive the Aztrazeneca vaccine on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Inn

The roll-out of the vaccine at the Good Samaritan Inn was a smooth operations for Jamaica's first day (March 10, 2021) of COVID-19 vaccinations.

The health care workers and former State officials turned up at eighteen vaccination centres across the island to receive the first dose of the  AztraZeneca vaccine.

Following the first vaccinations of a senior public health nurse and subsequently two former Prime Ministers, social media was today flooded with images and videos of health care officials sharing their filled-out vaccination cards using the hashtag, ‘VaccinateJA’.The Board and Management of SERHA commended SERHA's health care workers of the professionalism on site.
