Temporary Telephone Numbers for SERHA’s Hospitals

Kingston, Jamaica. Wednesday. January 29, 2025: The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) wishes to advise the public that, due to network interruptions affecting our telephone service, we have activated temporary telephone numbers for the hospitals under our management to ensure continued communication and access to our services.

Our temporary numbers are as follows:

• Bustamante Hospital for Children (BHC): (876) 317-9580 or (876) 545-8934

• Spanish Town Hospital (STH): (876) 317-9245

• National Chest Hospital: (876) 538-0864

SERHA’s technical teams are working diligently to resolve the issues with its primary

telephone systems and to restore normal service as quickly as possible. More updates

will be provided on the situation as it continues to work to have the situation remedied.

The public will be notified when the primary numbers are once again operational.
